Common policy changes
Update your personal information
Changed your address or phone number? Update it in your carrier's online account, or call the carrier.
Add or remove dependents
A marriage or a new baby can open a Special Enrollment Period, and so can a divorce that ends your coverage. Call me and I'll help you make the change.
Change plans
You can usually only change plans during Open Enrollment or after a qualifying life event. For 2027 coverage, Open Enrollment opens November 1 (October 15 in Idaho) and runs through January 15 in most states. To start coverage on January 1, enroll by December 15, or by December 31 in Nevada and California. I can help you compare plans before then.
Request ID cards
Most carriers let you download digital ID cards instantly through their mobile app or website. You can also request physical cards by phone.
Renewals
Most plans renew on their own each year, and the price and benefits can change when they do. Look at your options before each renewal. Call me if you'd like help comparing plans.
